My mom asked me if I could make some treat bags she could give to her co-workers for Halloween. I went to Michael's and purchased some white bags and scrapbook paper by Martha Stewart. I also put some ribbon on some of the plain bags. After I made the bags I added some cute Halloween tissue paper...I think it gives the bags a little extra something. This is a very cute and simple way to decorate a bag. Estimated time for 8 bags: 1 hour
