Fall decoration

Last year I saw this idea in a magazine, and I though I'd share it with all of you. The wreath is sitting on an easel, and the vinyl lettering board is on the easel with the wreath as a background. Super cute! I think so anyways! I think I've done this idea for every Holiday!

Birthday Idea!

I have some friends with birthdays this month, and I saw a cute idea to scrapbook cake stuff. Here is what I did:
I wrapped cupcake wrappers in cellophane bags. And connected them to the cake box with a ribbon that I stamped Happy Birthday all over.
Some sprinkles for the cupcakes.
I took toothpicks and paper to make some cupcake decorations. Then I put them in a cellophane bag and closed it with some scrapbook paper and staples.
I wrapped the frosting with scrapbook paper. This paper is part of the Confetti scrap pack from Stampin' Up.
Then I made a cupcake bag and gift tag...

Old Tee Shirts...

Do you have a drawer full of old tee shirts that you don't want to get rid of for sentimental reasons? I did. A few years ago I turned them into a quilt. It wasn't very complicated, although my mother in law did do the sewing. All you do is cut your shirts into even squares. You can make as many squares as you want, and you can make the blanket as big as you want. Then we sewed the squares together. We got fleece big enough for the back. We stuck batting between the fleece and the tee shirts. We used some of the fleece for the border as well. Then afterwards on the corners of each tee shirt, we stuck ribbon through all of the fabric and tied knots to hold all of the fabric together.

Cards

My good friend Becca is a demonstrator for Stampin' Up. Ever since she told me about Stampin' Up products, I've been hooked! Once a month she hosts stamp camp at her house, and we make 6 cards. Here are the cards we made for the month of October. (Good layout ideas) All products are Stampin' Up.

*The cupcake on this card was made with a scallop punch cut in half, and navy paper that was crimped. We all loved the cupcake.

*The birds on this card were my favorite. What we did was stamp the birds on the white paper, then on printed paper. We cut the bodies out on the printed paper and placed them on the white paper. What a cute idea!
